Definition
Federal statute specifying the requirements for diversity jurisdiction in federal courts pursuant to U.S. Const. Art. II, Sect. 3; specifically, this statute provides further explanation as to what constitutes diversity of citizenship and sets forth the minimum amount in controversy required for diversity jurisdiction.
