Definition

Provides that a past recorded recollection is an exception to the hearsay rule regardless of whether the witness is unavailable if the witness cannot now recall the matter, the statement was made by the witness when the matter was fresh in the witness’s memory, and the statement accurately reflects the witness’s knowledge.
