Definition

A rule of the Supreme Court Rules Annotated, New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedure, that is substantially similar to Fed. R. Civ. P. 14(a), allowing a defendant, either by right or by leave of the court depending on timing, to implead a third party who is or may be liable to the defendant for a claim asserted against the defendant.
