UCC § 2-606

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code providing that a buyer accepts goods in one of three ways: (1) by signifying to the seller that the goods conform with the contract or are otherwise acceptable, (2) by failing to timely reject the goods under UCC § 2-602, or (3) by doing any act inconsistent with the seller’s ownership.
