UCC § 7-213

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code permitting a buyer, in the event of a seller’s repudiation or delivery failure and where the buyer has not opted to “cover,” to recover from the seller the difference between the contract price and market price as of the time that the buyer learned of the breach.
