Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-702

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code entitling a seller who learns that the buyer is insolvent to demand that the buyer pay in cash. If the buyer has already received the goods on credit, the seller may take back the goods within 10 days of delivery. A seller who takes back the goods cannot get any other remedy for the buyer’s breach.
