Facts
The Board of Trustees of the Stevens Institute of Technology (defendant) entered into a consent judgment with the plaintiffs. Pursuant to the consent judgment, the Board agreed to impose term limits on the chairman and vice-chairman of the board, to improve fiscal controls and budgetary policy, to limit the university president’s role on the board, and to improve committee and sub-committee governance.
