Welcome to Interest Analysis! In this lesson, we'll start by introducing the modern, policy-based approaches to choice of law and contrasting them with the traditional, vested-rights approach. Interest analysis is the conceptual foundation for all modern choice-of-law approaches, and some jurisdictions may follow it as a pure, distinct choice-of-law approach.
