Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c)


States that no preliminary injunction will be issued unless the applicant provides payment, in a sum the court deems appropriate, for the costs and/or damages that may be incurred or suffered by a party that is subsequently found to have been wrongfully enjoined.
