UCC § 2-201(2)
Definition
A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code rendering an oral contract for goods between merchants enforceable where, within a reasonable time after the contract is made, one party sends to the other a written confirmation of the contract, and the confirmation is not objected to by the recipient within 10 days of receipt.
