UCC § 2-508

Definition

A provision of the Uniform Commercial Code permitting a seller to remedy a nonconforming sale of goods by promptly notifying the buyer of the seller’s intent to replace such nonconforming goods with conforming goods either (1) within the contract period or (2) outside the contract period so long as the seller had reason to believe that the buyer would accept the nonconforming goods.
