In this clip we will review Model Rule 3.2 and its requirement for lawyers to expedite litigation. We will analyze the language of the Rule, and then look at three specific scenarios: first, how to properly obtain postponements and extensions; second, the role of trying to frustrate opposing counsel; and third, whether financial benefit can be a reason for delaying litigation.
