I. Collective Bargaining
Collective bargaining is defined as a negotiation process between an organized union of employees and their employer. The National Labor Relations Act, or NLRA, grants employees the right to participate in the collective-bargaining process. During the collective-bargaining process, employees and employers negotiate certain terms of employment, such as working conditions, working hours, and benefits.
